For your transcriptome / RNA-seq analysis you can provide us with high quality total RNA samples, if your transcripts of interest are polyadenylated. If you wish to analyze RNAs without a polyA-tail, such as e.g. prokaryotic mRNA, we recommend to remove ribosomal (rRNA) molecules with a "ribo-minus" depletion method.
