How to place a sequencing order with the NGSP

Sequencing order placements can be done directly on the Bernomics platform. Please contact us if your group does not yet have an account: ngs.data.vetsuisse@unibe.ch

Sample submission forms:
NGSP Sample Submission -Nucleic Acids -this form is applicable any order starting with submitted DNA or RNA and covers the majority of application offered by the NGSP with the exception of amplicon projects:

NGSP Sample Submission -Single Cell / nuclei -this form is appropriate for any order that requires an agreed submission appointment since the order starts with submitted cells or nuclei and covers the following applications: bulk ATAC-Seq, single cell/nuclei RNA-Seq, single nuclei multiome, single nuclei ATAC-Seq, Hi-C and CiFi:
